Inside Sales & Support Representative
LOCATION: McBee, South Carolina
SALARY RANGE: $41,600.00 annually
SUMMARY: The Inside Sales & Support Representative is a dynamic, customer-focused professional responsible for driving the company’s success by fostering strong client relationships, growing sales within an assigned account portfolio, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience. Serving as a trusted advisor to our clients, this individual proactively manages the entire sales and service cycle. Key activities include developing strategic selling plans, identifying growth opportunities, and handling daily transactions such as quotes, order entry, and issue resolution. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Sales & Account Management
- Develop and execute a strategic, value-based selling plan to achieve sales objectives with assigned customer accounts, ensuring that revenue, profit, market share, and customer growth goals are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement a regular schedule of customer contact using telephone and email to proactively build relationships, understand customer needs, and ensure the company remains top-of-mind.

- Field inbound calls from end-users and direct them to local distributors.

- Resolve issues involving third-party vendors, such as freight providers.

Maintenance Technician – B
LOCATION: McBee, South Carolina
SALARY RANGE: $22.88 – $29.74 per hour
SUMMARY: Performs a wide variety of machine and electrical maintenance and machining activities. Build, install, service, maintain, repair and modify production, facilities and service equipment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Troubleshoots malfunctioning machines, equipment, power control and power circuits. Diagnose, plan, and execute repairs. Notifies Maintenance Manager of prohibitive repair costs or unusual conditions. Write purchase requisitions for parts and supplies.
- Performs a variety of plant electrical duties on plant production and service equipment. Service and replace motors, starters and controllers as needed. Wire machinery with electrical and electronic control circuits according to applicable electrical codes.
- Builds a wide variety of plant production and service equipment. Install, service, repair and modify equipment as needed. Run pipe and tubing on machines and equipment for oil, water and gas.
- Sets up and operates machine tools to make or repair parts and motors. Perform hand and bench operations using a variety of hand tools and portable power tools. Burn, weld, braze and solder parts. Work from schematics, various drawings and verbal instructions.
- Operate lift truck, rigging and lifting gear and equipment such as overhead joists, etc.
- Provide routine maintenance, various repairs and carpentry on plant facilities. Stock and maintain tool crib.
- Contact person for any hourly 2nd & 3rd shift employees issues or emergencies. Maintain proper documentation on any events per shift to provide to Lead Maintenance.
- Follows all OSHA (Occupational Health and Safety Administration), NFPA (National Fire Protection Agency), NEC (National Electrical Code) and plant safety procedures, and provide feedback when updates or changes need to be made.
- Use Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to receive work orders, identify faulty equipment, and acquire parts and equipment to complete repairs.j

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two-years related experience and training in a certified apprenticeship program; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Maintenance and Operations Specialist
LOCATION: Timmonsville, South Carolina
SALARY RANGE: $26.31 – $34.32 per hour
SUMMARY: Responsible for safely operating, setting up, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to meet production and quality requirements. Supports equipment reliability and productivity and provides operational leadership and coverage when the supervisor is absent.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Preventive Maintenance: Actively participate in and support the regularly scheduled preventive maintenance program to ensure equipment reliability, minimize unplanned downtime, and maintain equipment in safe and optimal operating condition. Perform assigned preventive maintenance activities in accordance with established procedures and schedules, and identify and report potential equipment issues requiring corrective action.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Perform root cause analysis to identify and eliminate equipment failures, recurring issues, and performance deficiencies, improving equipment reliability, serviceability, and overall performance. Actively participate in and lead equipment troubleshooting and repair efforts by diagnosing machine malfunctions, identifying operating difficulties, determining corrective actions, and completing repairs necessary to restore equipment to safe and optimal condition. Document findings and recommend preventive measures to minimize recurrence and improve long-term equipment performance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all applicable OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), NFPA (National Fire Protection Association), NEC (National Electrical Code), and plant safety requirements and procedures. Identify potential compliance gaps and provide timely feedback and recommendations when procedures, standards, or safety practices require updates or modification.
- Ensures Proper Machine Operation: Set up and operate equipment in accordance with verbal and written instructions, established operating procedures, and productions requirements. Perform machine setups and changeovers efficiently and accurately, making necessary adjustments to equipment settings and operating conditions to maintain consistent, high-quality product output. Monitor machine performance and make appropriate adjustments to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation.
- Supervisory Coverage: Provide operational and leadership coverage during the supervisor’s absence to ensure continuity of production, safety, quality, and equipment performance. Coordinate daily activities, communicate priorities and expectations, address routine operational issues, and provide guidance and support to team members. Escalate significant safety, quality, personnel, or production concerns to the appropriate level of management.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with demonstrated experience operating, setting up, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on production equipment. Experience diagnosing equipment issues, performing machine changeovers and adjustments, and maintaining production and quality standards is preferred. Experience providing informal team leadership or acting as a supervisor is a plus.

Facilities
LOCATION: McBee, South Carolina
SALARY RANGE: $16.01 – $18.94 per hour
SUMMARY: Performs housekeeping duties necessary to keep assigned areas of shop and office clean. Operates bailing and lawn care equipment and performs planned maintenance tasks on the same. Performs a variety of unskilled duties, generally laborious in nature; assists facility II and maintenance personnel as determined by the maintenance management in the completion of maintenance projects and tasks.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Sweeps, mops, and scrubs floors either by hand or with floor scrubber.
- Washes, dusts and polishes furniture and fixtures as assigned. Cleans and washes walls, window ledges, drinking fountains, etc.
- Cleans and disinfects toilets, wash basins, etc. in restrooms and maintains supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc.
- Removes litter, wastepaper and other refuse from offices and plant and disposes of properly.
- Moves and rearranges shop and office furniture.
- Uses hand tools such as shovel, broom, mops, and equipment such as hand truck, wheelbarrow, floor scrubber, etc.
- Performs a variety of unskilled duties such as loading and unloading trucks, moving and rearranging materials in yard, picking up scrap and refuse in yard or shop, erecting and disassembling racks, digging ditches, etc.
- Maintains a clean work area. Follows all safety and housekeeping rules, policies and procedures.
- Works from written and verbal instructions. Completes standard work off a duty list with minimal direct supervision.
- Operates the wire bailer and the cardboard scrap bailer. Assures that an acceptable bailed product is obtained for shipment to the scrap vendors.
- Proficient in the safe operation of all lawn care equipment and in the proper maintenance and storage of the equipment. Will properly maintain proper fluid levels and filters and perform required maintenance on the equipment.
- Maintains an accurate inventory of all cleaning and toiletry supplies and submits requests for a supplies purchase as needed. Assures that adequate supplies are maintained to accommodate MMI locations.
- Has the ability to trouble shoot deficiencies or equipment failures on all equipment associated with assigned tasks and report them to maintenance personnel.

S&C Operator II
LOCATION: Timmonsville, South Carolina
SALARY RANGE: $18.61 – $22.08 per hour
SUMMARY: Operates a minimum of 3 machines that straightens and cuts material to specific lenghts and tolerances.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Set up and operate straight & cut machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
- Obtains carriers of bulk wire from storage area using forklift and moves to machines for loading.
- Load materials into machinery and monitor the process to ensure proper feed and operation.
- Measure and inspect cut materials to verify conformance to specifications.
- Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and production efficiency.
- Record production data and maintain accurate documentation of materials used and output produced.

Plastic Line Operator Assistant
LOCATION: McBee, South Carolina
SALARY RANGE: $17.16 – $20.37 per hour
SUMMARY: Assists plastic line operator in plastic coating wire productively, safely, and to specifications. Learns to run all plastic lines and willing to cover absenteeism on any shift.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Demonstrates the ability to learn and apply the skills required to safely and efficiently operate all plastic production lines while producing quality, specification-compliant products. Shows the capacity to learn machine setup and adjustment procedures, develop a thorough understanding of the plastic coating process and the interdependence of its settings, and accurately inspect machines and wear parts for sign of damage.
- Demonstrates the ability to learn and effectively use manufacturing computer systems, including issuing and unissuing material, recording production data, identifying variances, and making appropriate adjustments. Shows the capacity to follow established processes and accurately document compliance within the designated computer system
- Operates forklift truck as required to move stumps of wire and materials both within department and to and from other departments within the plant. Stacks and stores coils as assigned.

Baling Wire Operator
LOCATION: McBee, South Carolina
SALARY RANGE: $17.16 – $20.37 per hour
SUMMARY: Responsible for operating the Bale Tie machine safely and efficiently while meeting all quality requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Works from verbal instructions and work orders to operate the bale tie machine to produce coils according to pre-established procedures.
- Uses forklift to transport wire and pallets of finished material.

Wire Drawing, Operator, 1 Machine
LOCATION: McBee, South Carolina
SALARY RANGE: $20.59 – $27.17 per hour
SUMMARY: Sets up and operates one or more drawing machines to perform all operations required to draw a variety of wire sizes and specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Sets up and operates wire drawing machines to draw appropriate finished wire sizes as specified on work orders. Loads work with forklift and threads according to established procedures. Selects and installs proper dies for drawing parts and pilots for holding and centering wire. Sets guards as required. Adjusts equipment and changes dies as required to ensure wire meets specifications.
- Selects appropriate rod from stock. Welds rod together as required to connect wire and ensure continuous flow into drawing machine. Grinds weld to make smooth.
- Utilizes micrometers to verify beginning and ending diameters of wire. Makes periodic micrometer and visual checks on work to minimize spoilage and ensure proper size is drawn to meet customer specifications.
- Loads and unloads wire from laydown area to feed into machine. Removes finished coil from machine and moves to next operation.
- Makes routine machine checks on all equipment periodically or as required to ensure proper functioning such as checking hydraulic oil level and greasing checks. Detects faulty operations or defective material. Reports all unusual conditions to appropriate manager.
- Tags work and records required information pertinent to production and time records.
- Operates forklift as required to move wire both within department and to and from other departments within the plant.
- Works from work orders and written and oral instructions.
- Maintains clean and orderly work area.
- Follows all safety and housekeeping rules, policies and procedures.

Annealing Operator
LOCATION: McBee, South Carolina
SALARY RANGE: $19.45 – $26.89 per hour
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for operating the Batch Annealing furnaces along with all the duties which support its operation.

- Follows work orders to ensure the proper product and annealing recipes.
- Monitors computer displays to ensure proper cycle times, water flow, and other indicators.

- Tags work and records required information pertinent to production and time records.
- Operates forklift to move product as needed.
- Supplies empty carriers to Wire Drawing operators and moves product designated to be annealed from the Wire Drawing Department to the Annealing Department.
- Separates product according to recipes and loads bases accordingly.
